● The whole machine system adopt pneumatic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system make the best homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in cream, ointments, sauce, flavoring emulsions and pharmaceutic products etc.
● The stator and rotor is fine forging, linear cut forming, claw-type, two ways suction, high efficiency circulation, not dead corner.
● The Stator and rotor is after special heat treatment, the abrasion resistance is 2 to 3 times than the ordiary stainless steel.
● The key parts are after grinding processing, the combination between stator and rotor reach American Level standard.
● The rotating part is after the dynamic and static balance test, so that ensure the stability at condition of high speed rotation, reduce the noise, prolong the service life.
