I. Pre-mix machine: High Speed Disperser
This machine can applies to all kinds of liquid to pre-mix disperse, color matching, etc high efficiency production, hydraulic lifting, frame can turn around flexible. It can dissolve the material quickly and particle become finer.
II. Wet Grinding Mill---Reduce the particle size:
ELE offer Disc type horizontal bead mill to reduce the particle size of different paints.
Easy to start, with low energy consumption rate and high grinding efficiency. Adopts specially wear-resisting materials, prolonging service life.
For Nano grinding, we offer Pin type bead mill or Turbo type bead mill.
III. Basket Mill-- Dispersing and Grinding Together Machine:
This machine integrates pre-disperse, fine grinding and eventually spread into one machine. The disperser, speed up wet the surface, advance the dispersing effect;
Low cost, high quality , reaches best effect in few minutes;
Convenient to change the color and products, one machine can produce different kind of materials.
